Damages and Issues When your order arrives, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the problem.
Non-Returnable Items Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Custom-made products (special orders or personalized items)
- Items bought on sale or at a discount
Eligibility for Return You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Initiating a Return To start a return, email us at [email protected]. Once we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges To exchange an item, first return the original item following the return process, then place a new order for the desired item.
Store Credit For requests made after the 7-day window, or for items that have been opened, used, or are subject to buyer’s remorse, we may offer store credit at our discretion. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our site.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund.
